Defective Item:

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, you have 7 days of receipt of your item to contact sales@bagproduct.com for an exchange.
We will email you instructions on how to exchange your item.
You will qualify for exchange if the following conditions are met:
1) The product is indeed defective.
2) All return instructions are followed as provided to you.
3) You have contacted us within 7 days of receipt of your item.
Buyer will pay for the returning shipping. Seller will pay for the shipping of the exchanged item .

Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy:

-Returns and exchanges are permitted within 7 days of receipt of the item.

-10% processing fee for all cancelled transactions.
-All returns, exchanges are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
-All items returned or exchanged must be in complete manufacturer's packaging.
-The customer is responsible for shipping and handling both ways.
